An illustration collection for the games of Psikyo, the Kyoto developer formed in 1992 when the Sonic Wings team left Video System, and known through the 1990s for fast, tightly patterned arcade shooters. It appeared in 1998 as volume 113 of the Gamest Mook line from Shinseisha, the publisher of Gamest, the arcade specialist magazine that ran from 1986 until the company's bankruptcy in 1999.

At 105 pages it collects the key art and character illustration that Psikyo leaned on heavily, the studio having built its identity as much on illustrators such as Hirofumi Nakamura and Jun Tsukasa as on its trademark high-speed bullet patterns. Merchandise and illustration collections like this one were promoted chiefly through Gamest itself.

For shmup players it preserves the visual side of a studio whose games, Strikers 1945 among them, are still fixtures of the genre, from a publisher that vanished the following year.
