A slim artbook devoted to Jun Tsukasa, the illustrator who handled character design on Psikyo's arcade games, including Sengoku Blade and the Hot Gimmick series. It was published in 1998 as volume 155 of Shinseisha's Gamest Mook line, the book series attached to the arcade magazine Gamest.
At 44 pages it is a focused single-artist selection rather than a company retrospective, issued in the same year and the same mook line as the broader Psikyo Illustrations: Sai. Shinseisha went bankrupt in 1999, ending the line, so the pair of Psikyo mooks were among its last shooting related art publications.
Psikyo built unusually strong character identities for an arcade shooting studio, and Tsukasa's Sengoku Blade cast is central to that reputation, which gives this small book its place in the genre's paper trail.
