Sonar Smash

Sonar Smash is a vertically oriented arcade shoot 'em up in which the player pilots a dolphin that fires sonar blasts upward at descending waves of sea creatures. The playfield is portrait: the dolphin is steered by sliding a finger along the bottom of the screen while tapping to fire the basic Sonar Shot, and a separate energy bar triggers one of seven equippable sonar abilities. Runs are endless and escalating, and rings collected during play unlock sonar powers, refill hearts and buy stat upgrades from a vendor that appears at random, giving the score attack a light rogue-lite progression.
