MiniStrike

miniStrike is a horizontally scrolling shoot-em-up built with the PICO-8 fantasy console by Pollapee Sroysuwan and released on 1 November 2020 for Windows, macOS and Linux. Its levels are deliberately bite-size, and the premise has the player diving into a hole inside a giant meteor to stop it crashing into the earth, moving through several areas with distinct enemies and a boss fight. It can be played solo or in local two-player couch co-op, supports joysticks, uses PICO-8 music by gruber, and ships with a Raspberry Pi build alongside the desktop versions.
