Jishou no Chihei Mendako

Jishou no Chihei Mendako is a freeware Windows shooter released by VAGUES GAMES on 26 July 2019 through the Japanese free game portal Freem, built with Shooting Game Builder. It is a fixed screen game in the Space Invaders mould: the octopus ship moves only left and right and fires a single non-repeating shot, supplemented by a charge shot and a guard that blocks orange enemy bullets while lasers and blue or purple shots pass straight through it. A branch chosen after every stage spans 30 stages and 35 bosses across three difficulties, and the whole game is played with the four arrow keys alone, one handed.
