Dezaemon 2
Dezaemon 2 is a shoot 'em up construction kit that Athena released for the Sega Saturn on 9 October 1997, the fourth entry in the Dezaemon line after the Famicom, Super Famicom and PlayStation versions. It supplies built-in graphics and music tools for assembling original shooters of up to ten stages in a 256 colour palette, and it was the first in the series to allow horizontally scrolling games rather than vertical ones only. Polygon rendering is used as the basis for creating its dot-art characters, and a Saturn floppy disk drive is required to use the full feature set because the console's internal backup memory is insufficient.
